Customers have accepted the Autobooks terms and conditions, and completed sign-up through online banking. But that doesn’t mean they’ll use the features. So, what’s next? 

The Small Business Activation emails found here are designed to convert enrolled users into regular users — all through simple messaging that reminds them why Autobooks is the solution they've been searching for (after all, they've enrolled for a reason).

The five emails included here are meant to reinforce the value of the Autobooks payment acceptance features, especially in comparison to competing third-party apps. If the enrolled user has received all five emails without accepting a payment, emails 2-5 are re-sent one more time with an updated subject line and introduction. The call-to-action is straightforward: log into online banking and accept your first payment.

If the user accepts a payment at any point throughout this journey they will stop receiving the subsequent emails.
