Activated User Dashboard and Notifications on Hub 

With a new dashboard and notifications, Hub users can easily track FI customers who have received their first payment.

Now Hub users at a financial institution can more easily identify and track customers who have received their first payment.

The Autobooks Hub now includes an Activated SMBs dashboard and automated notifications tied to customers who have received their first payment — allowing financial institutions to quickly identify this crucial customer event. 

Here's how it works:

To view the Activated SMBs dashboard:
  1.  Navigate to the Progress center page inside the Autobooks Hub. 
  2. Select Activated from the available tabs.

Regarding Automated notifications:
When a customer accepts a payment for the first time, Hub will send out an email notification within a half hour of the payment being accepted.

In addition, users logging into Hub will be greeted with a modal that highlights every customer who has received their first payment since they last logged in.
