Log Into the Autobooks Hub 

Sign in to the Autobooks Hub

Step 2
Go to the SMBs Tab

Apply filters:

Processing Status = Approved
CC Application Status = Approved
ACH Application Status = Approved.
Step 3
Export the List

These are your payment-enabled customers who haven’t yet accepted their first payment.

Step 4
Send the Emails

Use the templates below. Add your name to the signature at the bottom and fill in your bank’s processing rates before sending.

  • The email templates shown reference Tap to Pay on iPhone. If your financial institution does not provide access to Tap to Pay on iPhone, remove Tap to Pay references before sending. Reach out to our team with any questions.

  • If you do not know your credit card or ACH processing rates, you can contact our team for assistance.
