Donation and Contribution Form

Our new feature makes it easy to change payment form verbiage to better suit your audience.

Use the appropriate payment language for your audience every time.

With this new feature, churches and nonprofit organizations can change the payment form language to something that is more appropriate for their paying audience, such as "Donation" or "Contribution."

 

Getting Started

To edit the Payment Form language, go to the Payment Form Settings screen. This screen is typically accessed from the Payment Form option in the sidebar menu.

Next, click Edit Information. In the Payment type dropdown selector, choose Donation or Contribution, based on your specific needs.

Notice the language has changed on the Payment Form itself. However, this change only impacts the language on the form. In other words, the application will continue to refer to this page as a Payment Form.

In addition, the payee is given the option of making a one-time or a recurring donation/contribution from the Donation schedule dropdown selector.

Notice that once edited, the payment language is changed in all customer-facing interactions — including the actual form and corresponding payment confirmation.

We are a nonprofit located in beautiful Frankenmuth, MI and rely heavily on donations both to keep us operating and to help our less fortunate clients. We originally used Paypal, but wanted to use a company more local. We are excited to us Autobooks. The form for donation somehow looks a lot cleaner and I believe our donors will see the difference!
