Find your Property Services Audience

How to find your target audience

The steps below outline how to use the Autobooks Hub to find your target audience to use the Property Services resource kit.

To make sure that you're able to find your target audience, you will need to have login credentials to the Autobooks Hub. Not sure if you have access? Submit a support ticket to our team and we can assist.

Step 1

Head to the Small business tab in the Autobooks Hub

First, you will need to log in to the Autobooks Hub.

After you have logged in, click the SMBs tab on the left navigation.

Here, you will find all of the Small Businesses that have accepted Autobooks Terms and Conditions through your online or mobile banking, and an overview of their processing status.

Step 2

Filter your Small Business Data

The SMBs tab in the Autobooks Hub contains a complete ledger of all of your customers that have enrolled in Autobooks.

To use the Property Services resource kit, filter the Payments Status column in the Autobooks Hub to the following statuses:

  • Accepted Terms: users that have accepted our terms and conditions, but have not completed their business profile information to allow an underwriting decision.

  • Approved: users that have been approved for payment processing with Autobooks, but have yet to accept a payment

  • Active: users that have accepted at least one payment through Autobooks

Step 3

Export your customer list to Excel

After pre-filtering your Small Business data, use the Export function to obtain a CSV file of customers.

The Export button is on the top right of your screen next to the Search all records bar.

Step 4

Narrow down your customer list and send the resource kit content

Your CSV from the Autobooks Hub will be a list of all customers in one of the following statuses:

  • Accepted Terms

  • Approved

  • Active

To find your customers that work in a Property Services business, find the Industry column in the CSV, and filter it for the particular Property Services industries you'd like to reach. We recommend HOAs, storage unit services, property managers, and other industries you may find in this guide.
